Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lovebound.io. By using Lovebound.io, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Purchases and billing

Prices, product availability, and features may change over time. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable once digital products or generated content are delivered.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as prompts, names, dedications, and preferences. You grant Lovebound the rights needed to host, process, generate, display, and deliver products and services based on that content. You must have all rights and permissions needed for the information you provide.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lovebound to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or exploitative content. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass usage limits, or misuse automated access.

Generated content

Lovebound may use automated systems and service providers to generate creative content. Generated content can be imperfect and may require your review. You are responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use.

Intellectual property

Lovebound, including its software, brand, interfaces, designs, and underlying technology, is owned by Beartooth Bytes LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, source code, or proprietary systems.

Disclaimers and limitations

Lovebound is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the service in a way that could harm Lovebound or others.
